Terms, Privacy & Payments

By using Sellvory you agree to the following. These policies follow global e-commerce standards.

1. Overview and acceptance

Sellvory is a marketplace for global digital and physical inventory. By creating an account, listing, or purchasing you accept these Terms, Privacy, and Payment Policy.

These terms follow standard global marketplace practices. Sellvory is an intermediary platform; sellers are independent merchants.

2. Accounts and identity verification

Each user must provide accurate, up-to-date information. Seller accounts cannot actively sell until KYC (identity verification) is complete.

  • •One person may operate one seller account; duplicate accounts result in permanent closure.
  • •KYC documents are stored only for verification and are not shared with unauthorized third parties.
  • •You are responsible for account security; report suspicious activity to support@sellvory.com immediately.

3. Marketplace rules

Catalog products have up to 10 sales slots per product. When slots fill or time expires, the market refreshes.

Fake listings, misleading pricing, copyright infringement, prohibited goods, and off-platform payment redirection are grounds for permanent removal.

  • •Sellers may only list products they own or have the right to sell.
  • •Digital deliveries must be completed via order chat or the stated channel.
  • •Order chat is for delivery and support only; sharing personal contact details is prohibited.
  • •Sellvory may remove listings suspected of rule violations without prior notice.

4. Payments, balance, and commissions

Purchases are completed with site balance. Balance can be loaded via promo codes or supported payment providers (e.g. Lemon Squeezy).

For direct catalog purchases, payment stays with Sellvory until delivery is confirmed. For slot sales, affiliates track commission in their dashboard; seller and affiliate shares are distributed when the order completes.

  • •Commission rates are calculated automatically by price tier and shown in the dashboard before listing.
  • •Refunds and cancellations follow balance or original payment method refund policy.
  • •Requesting or accepting off-platform payment is grounds for account closure.

5. Shipping and logistics

Physical products are delivered within 7 days at the latest. Sellers must enter tracking in order chat.

  • •For delays or damage, contact the seller first; if unresolved, contact support.
  • •Digital products must be delivered within the timeframe stated by the seller.

6. Return policy

Products purchased from Sellvory's own catalog listings (sellvory.com site products) include up to 14 days of return protection. Payment may remain in platform escrow until the return process is complete.

Third-party seller listings follow the seller's stated return policy; claims are subject to Sellvory review and dispute resolution.

  • •Fraudulent or misleading return claims may result in account restrictions.

6. Disputes and returns

Buyers may open a claim via order chat and support for undelivered or misdescribed items.

Sellvory reviews evidence (chat logs, tracking, screenshots) and provides a binding resolution.

7. Privacy and data protection

We process account, order, KYC, and payment data only to operate the platform, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data for advertising. We apply data minimization aligned with GDPR principles.

  • •For access, correction, or deletion requests, email support@sellvory.com.
  • •Cookies are used for session management and analytics; they can be disabled in browser settings.
  • •Payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers; card data is not stored on Sellvory servers.
  • •Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required.

8. Limitation of liability

Sellvory is not responsible for product quality or legality from sellers; we provide intermediary services. Maximum liability is limited to the relevant order amount.
