Seller area requests and KYC

To list products and claim catalog slots you must complete the KYC verification process.
KYC process
To sell, upload front and back of your government ID.
Review usually takes 1-3 business days; after approval, sales and slot requests activate.
- •Documents must be clear and readable.
- •Fake documents result in permanent ban.
- •Track KYC status in the seller dashboard.
Slot (area) system
Catalog products have 10 slots each; visibility is earned through performance.
- •When slots fill or time expires, the market refreshes.
- •You cannot claim a slot on your own listing.
Own listing vs catalog
You can list your own products directly; catalog products use slot competition.
KYC is required for both models.
- •Catalog: Admin-created product, compete for slots.
- •Own listing: Independent pricing and inventory.
Seller obligations
Accurate descriptions, timely delivery, and responding in order chat are mandatory.
- •Misleading listings and fake products result in permanent closure.
- •Commission rates are shown transparently in the dashboard.
- •Do not request off-platform payment.
Rejected KYC
Rejection reason appears in the dashboard; fix documents and reapply. Questions: support@sellvory.com.
